We offer numerous study rooms that are available first-come, first-serve and do not need to be reserved. These include the five glass study rooms and the Edith Stein Room on the first floor.

Individual study rooms on the lower level and second floor of the library are reservable for Spalding students, faculty, and staff. To reserve a room, you can use our online reservation form, stop by the information desk on the first floor of the library, or call us at 502-585-7130. Rooms are available for use first-come, first-serve if they are not reserved.

Meeting rooms in the library are intended for faculty and staff use and can be reserved using this online reservation form. Unlike other meeting spaces in the library, the Kentucky Room, the Library Lecture Lounge, and classrooms on the third floor must be reserved by emailing Yolanda Peterson (ypeterson@spalding.edu).
