When you are off-campus you will need to log in with your portal credentials to access databases and journals that the library subscribes to. This is done through an authentication service which tells the database/journal provider that you are affiliated with Spalding.
If you visit the library website and use DiscoverEagle, Databases A-Z, or other library tools to access the database/journal that you need, you should automatically be prompted to log in. If this does not occur, look for an OpenAthens Login link and select Spalding University when it asks for your institution.
If this does not resolve your issue and you are certain that the library subscribes to the database/journal you are attempting to access, please contact the library at library@spalding.edu or submit a ticket through this system.
