In Summer 2024, Spalding IT is transitioning campus from WEPA to PaperCut for its print management system.
How to print:
Currently, while the print system are transitioning, IT is still configuring all of the various ways to print. The current process is
- Log in to one of the Library first floor computers.

- Make sure the printer selected is titled "Library Print Queue on Papercut"
- Click Print
- From there, you can either release from the computer or from the printer.
To release from the computer:
- Whiile logged in to the PC, you can click the "Details" link in the bottom right corner of the balance box underneath your available credit.
- This will open a Papercute webpage for you to log in with your Spalding credentials
- On the left-hand navigation bar, locate the "Jobs Pending Release" option and click it
- You can choose to "Release All" jobs if you have multiple things to print or you can release jobs one by one by looking at the list and clicking the "Print" option to the right. You can also "Cancel" jobs you no longer wish to print.
To release at the printer:
- Tap the screen on the printer, the Papercut login screen should be displayed
- Log in with your Spalding credentials
- Click the "Print Release" option to view all your pending print jobs and release them one by one OR click "Release All" on the main screen to print all pending jobs
- Click "Log Out" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

- Black and white: $0.10 per page
- Color: $0.25 per page.
